Brilliant, obsessive and a devoted husband. While working for Public Health in Toronto during the AIDS crisis, Will is a key advocate for blood product consumers. He one of the first to recognize the problem and heroically fights for his hemophiliac son’s safety as well as safe blood for everyone in Canada. Never afraid to rail against the system, speak up, or act outside the box, Will is disliked by the powers that be for his constant questioning and dissent. His one fault is losing his temper at times but who can blame him, considering what he’s up against and what’s at stake. His quest is not without personal sacrifice though as the fight keeps him away from the family he is desperately trying to protect.
