Director, producer and actor Ron Howard sat down with George at the Toronto International Film Festival for an in-depth Q&A after a screening of his new documentary Made in America. Ron talks about the documentary, his other new movie Rush, and his long career in show business.

The conversation covers a lot of fascinating ground, including Ron's take on being made fun of by rapper Tyler, the Creator, filming the infamous "jump the shark" moment on Happy Days, his love of British television and what's happening on cable right now, and working with Jay Z, Eddie Vedder and the rest of the musicians at the Made in America music festival.

ICheck out the full Mavericks Session conversation in the video above.
