This season on the show, George was joined by filmmaker David Douglas, whose new IMAX documentary Island of Lemurs: Madagascar opened in select theatres across the country in 2014. The film, narrated by Morgan Freeman, takes viewers to the island of Madagascar, where ancestors of today's lemurs first arrived millions of years ago, eventually splitting into nearly 100 different species. In the gallery above, we've collected five fun facts — and one not-so-fun fact — about these extraordinary primates.
