Imagine being a kid in a town in BC, growing up with Canadian heroes Terry Fox and Rick Hansen right outside your front door. Kristin Lehman did, and it helped shape her into a passionate defender of Canadian culture.
She lived the actor's dream in Hollywood, playing fearless women on shows like Judging Amy and the phenomenon that is The Killing. But she had a vision of coming home and making shows that would be proud to declare their Canadian-ness.
That's where Motive comes in. Kristin plays scrappy detective Angie Flynn on a new kind of crime drama - the "whydunit" - where we know the killer right from the start. AND she's launching thisfairland.com in April, a website completely devoted to the incredible talent - artists, musicians, filmmakers, writers - that starts right here, in Canada.
