Derek Lee and Clif Prowse met when they landed in the same Vancouver high school. A few years later, they were making homemade movies together. They still are. Afflicted is their first feature and fans of horror movies are excited. It begins with a simple plan between two best buds (also played by Prowse and Lee) to take a trip around the world. Soon after, things get complicated as a mysterious affliction turns their 'round-the-worlder into a hellishly dark journey.
