No doubt about it, Dave Stewart is one of the most creative minds in music.
Famous, of course, for his time with The Eurythmics, playing guitar, and writing many of the band's biggest hits. Together with Annie Lennox, they sold more than seventy-five million albums worldwide. But Dave's success didn't end there.
After all those years with The Eurythmics, Dave became a renowned music producer and writer, working with artists like Bono, Gwen Stefani, Celine Dion, and Shakira. He's also an acclaimed photographer, capturing a who's who of world famous recording artists.
And he spends a lot of time in Hollywood, scoring films like 'Beautiful Girls' with Uma Thurman, 'The Ref' starring Kevin Spacey, and Robert Altman's 'Cookie's Fortune.' He's even won a Golden Globe Award, with Mick Jagger for a song they wrote for the film 'Alfie'.
This year, Dave is taking part in Canadian Music Week, delivering a keynote address and participating in a 'Kings of Songwriting' session.
