If any guy deserves a Moe-and-Kristjan makeover it's David Katz. The charitable soul had gone an entire year without shaving (anything!) or cutting his hair—all in the name of a good cause. But after a harrowing 12 months, David was ready to shear and clear the way for a cleaner, more mature look.
