Luxe Loungewear

Street style influences like hip hop have brought loungewear to the mainstream. Fashion expert Jennifer McConville shares some comfortable loungewear looks that are fun and fashionable!

Just because you're lounging around doesn't mean you can't be on trend! These mixed prints work together to create a comfortable, pulled together look.

Tip: when mixing prints, choose a combination of big and small prints in different shades of the same colour family (ex. light pink plaid with light and dark pink floral).

This tropical floral print keeps the look a little light and flirty, making it wearable outside of the bedroom. The brightly coloured lace-trimmed robe balances the sexiness, making this look wearable in front of the kids. You could flip pancakes in this!

The perfect outfit for hosting guests at home. Luxurious cashmere lends a dressed up feel to the edgy leather leggings. Both are super comfortable, but look totally luxe! Ballet flats complete this comfy but luxe around-the-house look.

Bonus: the rubber sole provides comfort and cushioning, and they fold up into a drawstring carrying case, making them the perfect portable accessory. Just throw them in your purse when you go out visiting! It's also great to have in your bag if you're going to someone else's house.
