Our dynamic makeover duo Jessica and Kristjan worked their magic again on Julie, a young mom of two who's married to a fire fighter and works as a massage therapist. Julie lives in and loves her sweats, isn't into trends, wears no makeup and always keeps her hair in a ponytail. She needed help on how to dress in office-appropriate clothes and casual-wear.

Jessica took Julie for a day of shopping at LOFT, after which she went to get pampered at Civello. As soon as Julie walked into the salon Kristjan knew it was time to get rid of that ponytail and give Julie a fresh cut and colour to accentuate her fabulous features.
