Ingredients
Stratusphere Post Sweat-On Smoothie
1 cup Pineapple chunks, cubed1/2 cup Coconut Water
Handful Baby spinach
2 tbsp Hempseeds
Avo-shake
1 Medium Avocado, whole1 cup Almond Milk
1 tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract , optional
Preparation

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Avo-shake
Put all ingredients into a blender. For extra sweetness, you can add vanilla extract. Blend until the consistency is as smooth as desired. Have it for dessert or as a snack.
