Lyzabeth Lopez’s Bikini-Ready Body Workout

Fitness expert Lyzabeth Lopez says summer bodies are built in the spring — and we agree! To help you sculpt a bikini-ready body, Lyzabeth shared an intense, five minute non-stop full body workout that tightens the abs and thighs while lifting and building the buttock. From planking to playing patty-cake, this routine has it all.

This is a zero equipment workout that can be done anywhere! It is a fat burning and toning workout. It can be done anywhere from five to 30 minutes depending your level.

15-Second Activities

  1. Jump Squats: wide, narrow, plié. Repeat.
  2. Plank Patty Cake: this can be done with a partner if you have one. In plank position, play patty cake with partner. If no partner, from plank position, tap your hands to opposite shoulders.
  3. Power Push Ups: from the top of a push up position, jump your feet into a wide stance as you lower. Jump back up into a narrow stance as you raise back up.
  4. Rock and Roll with Star Jump: roll onto your back like a ball then roll forward so that the bottoms of your feet touch the ground. At the top of the movement, do a star jump.
