Dates Energy Gel

Ingredients

4 Medjool Dates, Pitted
1/2 cup Agave, Honey or Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Peanut Butter (natural)
1 tsp Coconut Oil
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
Pinch Sea Salt

Preparation

1. Blend all ingredients together in small food processor, add water by drops if needed to thin to desired consistency.

2. Divide into 4 mini snack freezer baggies or Gel flasks from sports store.

3. Can be stored in fridge up to 3 days.

4. To use these while exercising, squeeze one per hour directly into mouth 

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

Yield: Approx 4 servings
