Vietnamese Coffee Fudge


It only takes four ingredients to whip up this decadent fudge in a flash!

Cubes of chocolate fudge in a red tin.


300 grams white chocolate, chopped
150 grams bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons prepared espresso


  1. In heatproof bowl set over saucepan of hot (not boiling) water, heat together white chocolate, bittersweet chocolate, condensed milk and espresso, stirring, until melted and smooth, about 5 minutes. 
  2. Scrape into parchment paper–lined 8-inch (2 L) square cake pan, smoothing top.  
  3. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
  4. Lift out onto cutting board.
  5. Using hot knife, cut into squares.

Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
