Sweet Tortilla Dippers & Yogourt Dip



Sweet Tortilla Dippers

4 PC Blue Menu 100% Whole Grain Whole Wheat Tortillas
2 tsp of pumpkin-pie spice
1/2 cup of maple syrup

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Using a pastry brush, cover each tortilla with maple syrup and sprinkle with pumpkin-pie spice.
  3. With a sharp knife, cut each tortilla into 12 even wedges and spread out in a single layer on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool completely before serving. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

Maple-Orange Yogourt Dip

1 cup Greek yogourt
1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup maple syrup
Zest of 1 orange

Whisk all ingredients together. Serve alongside sweet tortilla dippers and fruit salsa.

Fruit Salsa

1 apple, cored and diced, lightly tossed in lemon juice
2 kiwis, peeled and diced
3 cups pineapple, diced
2 cups strawberries, diced
1 cup of blueberries
1 small mango, diced
1 tbsp maple syrup
fresh mint, roughly torn (to taste)

Toss all ingredients together in a bowl, chill for a few hours and serve with sweet tortilla dippers and maple-orange yogourt dip.
