Spicy Corn Hummus

Spicy Corn Hummus

2 cups frozen corn niblets, defrosted
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
3/4 cup salsa verde (or chile de arbol or chipotle salsa)
1 tbsp spicy Cajun or southwest seasoning blend
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
sea salt to taste (optional)
hot sauce to taste

Combine corn, chickpeas, salsa verde, seasoning and lime juice in food processor. Blend until smooth. Season with sea salt (optional) and hot sauce to taste.
