Simon Ho’s Red Carpet Ready Cocktail

Our mixologist Simon Ho shakes up a sweet and tasty red carpet cocktail, perfect for your awards show viewing parties!

Red Carpet Cocktail by Simon Ho

Ingredients

1.5 (oz) GIN
0.75 (oz) lemon juice
0.75 (oz) blueberry and English lavender syrup
2 (drops) Grapefruit bitters
1 (bottle) Sparking Wine, top cocktail with sparkling wine
some Lemon Zest, top cocktail with fresh lemon zest

Preparation

Mix all ingredents together
Serve in a champagne flute and enjoy!
