Ingredients

2 cups vanilla coconut milk, unsweetened
3/4 cup pumpkin purée
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 cup ice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Preparation

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend well.
