This crunchy, nutritious snack will fill you up and satisfy your mid-afternoon sugar-craving!

Sprouted mung bean snack.

few handfuls sprouted mung beans
fresh cilantro, chopped
olive oil
freshly squeezed lemon juice
cayenne pepper
black pepper
sea salt

Transfer mung beans to a mixing bowl. Season to taste with cilantro, olive oil, lemon juice, cayenne, black pepper and sea salt.
