Mini Cookie Cobbler


This recipe couldn't be easier—or cuter! With their cookie crust and gooey fruit filling, they look like adorable little pot pies.


1 can (about 2 cups) cherry or your choice of fruit pie filling
1 3/4 cups frozen mixed berries, defrosted slightly
1 package store-bought refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough (peanut butter or sugar cookie dough works well, too)

  1. Mix pie filling and frozen berries.
  2. Divide into ramekins, filling each approximately 3/4 of the way.
  3. Drop little mounds of cookie dough on top of each.
  4. Bake at 350 F for about 15 minutes, until golden.
