Anytime Mango and Raspberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
1/2 bag frozen raspberries
1/2 bag frozen mangoes
1 can organic coconut milk, light
1 medjool date
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
1 teaspoon açaí powder
1 handful raw washed spinach, optional
Preparation
- Freeze an ice cube tray filled with coconut milk overnight.
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend. Use two cubes of frozen coconut milk.
- One cup is one serving. Save the rest for the next time.
