Anytime Mango and Raspberry Ice Cream


This ice cream recipe isn't just healthy for an ice cream — it's healthy in general. The natural sweetness from the fruits will also satisfy your sugar cravings. Lyzabeth Lopez loves to have this as an anytime snack, and it's part of her plan to help you lose 10 pounds quickly and healthily.

Ice cream made from frozen mango and raspberries.


1/2 bag frozen raspberries
1/2 bag frozen mangoes
1 can organic coconut milk, light
1 medjool date
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
1 teaspoon açaí powder
1 handful raw washed spinach, optional


  1. Freeze an ice cube tray filled with coconut milk overnight.
  2. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend. Use two cubes of frozen coconut milk.
  3. One cup is one serving. Save the rest for the next time.
