Simple Italian Cheese and Salami Quesadilla


With fewer than five ingredients this appetizer is perfect for surprise guests! Genoa salami is the star of this Italian style quesadilla. Make them tonight and you won't be disappointed!

Italian Quesadilla


8 flour tortillas, large
20 slices Genoa salami
16 slices provolone cheese
1 cup roasted red pepper, sliced


  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. 
  2. Layer five pieces of salami, four pieces of provolone and half a cup of roasted red pepper on a flour tortilla, then top with another tortilla.
  3. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make four quesadillas. 
  4. Bake on a large baking tray at 375 F for 10 minutes or until golden brown and melted.
  5. Cut into triangles and serve.

Serving Size: 6-8 as an appetizer.
