Hot Buttered Rum
This classic winter cocktail from Simon Ho is pretty much what it sounds like: sweet, boozy, buttery goodness.
Ingredients
6 oz hot water
1 sugar cube
1 tablespoon butter
2 oz dark rum
sprinkle nutmeg
Preparation
- Place sugar cube in a mug or heat-resistant glass, and pour hot water about two-thirds to the top.
- Add butter and rum, and stir to dissolve.
- Sprinkle or grate a little nutmeg over top.
