Holiday Fizz Cocktail


Hosting a cocktail party is a fabulous way to celebrate the holiday season. Impress your guests and serve up Cocktail Deeva's faboosh drink with homemade syrup! 


The secret to this cocktail's syrup is gravy browner. We know it sounds odd but trust us, it's good!


Dark Lemonade
2/3 cup water
2 lemons, use zest and juice
1/4 rubbed sage
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cloves
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Kitchen Bouquet
1 cup carbonated water
Holiday Fizz Cocktail
2 ounces Dark Lemonade
2 ounces gin
1 ounce soda


Step 1: Make dark lemonade.

  1. Combine water, lemon zest, nutmeg, cloves, sage and sugar. Continually stir and boil for about a minute until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and Kitchen Bouquet. Let cool then strain.
  3. Combine to suit your taste. Add roughly 1/3 cup of this syrup to 1 cup of carbonated water or combine to suit your taste. If kept in the refrigerator, this can last up to three weeks.

Step 2: Add the booze!

Combine dark lemonade, gin and soda together in an individual glass. Garnish with rosemary.
