El Diablo Cocktail
Simon Ho sure knows how to mix up a devishly good drink. This one's not only super pretty, but also super tasty!

1 1/2 oz. tequila
1/2 oz. crème de cassis
1/2 fresh lime
Ginger beer
Crushed ice
- Fill a Collins glass halfway with crushed ice.
- Squeeze the juice from half a lime into the glass. Drop the squeezed lime casing into the glass.
- Add tequila and crème de cassis.
- Top with ginger beer. Cheers!
