Chocolate Toffee Hello Dollies
These squares can freeze up for one month in the freezer. Perfect for unexpected holiday guests or a hostess gift!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup toffee bits
1/2 cup salted cashews
1 can sweetened condensed muilk
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In bowl, mix chocolate crumbs with butter until moistened.
- Press into bottom of parchment paper–lined 9-inch (2.5 L) square cake pan.
- Sprinkle crust with semisweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, toffee bits and cashews.
- Pour condensed milk over top, using tip of knife to move milk into cracks of toppings.
- Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven until centre is set and edges are golden, about 30 minutes.
- Let cool in pan for 45 minutes. Cover and refrigerate to cool completely, about 1 hour.
- Lift out onto cutting board and cut into squares.
Make-ahead: Wrap and refrigerate for up to 5 days or overwrap in foil and freeze for up to 1 month.
