Miss Vickie’s Chocolate Covered Potato Chips
This recipe by Miss Vickie is simple and delicious! Make sure to use flat chips to get maximum chocolate coverage.
Ingredients
2 oz semi sweet chocolate
12 large potato chips
Preparation
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler on the stove top.
- Dip the chips with as much or as little chocolate as you want. Be careful, the chocolate will be hot.
- Let chill for 10 minutes on a wax paper covered tray.
