Miss Vickie’s Chocolate Covered Potato Chips

This recipe by Miss Vickie is simple and delicious! Make sure to use flat chips to get maximum chocolate coverage.

Ingredients

2 oz semi sweet chocolate
12 large potato chips

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler on the stove top.
  2. Dip the chips with as much or as little chocolate as you want. Be careful, the chocolate will be hot.
  3. Let chill for 10 minutes on a wax paper covered tray.

Yield: 2
