Cheesecake Remake

A frozen cheesecake gets a fancy facelift—half-made homemade style!
1 small frozen cheesecake, defrosted
1/3 cup your favourite jam
about 20 rolled wafer cookies (e.g. Pirouette)
4 oz. dark chocolate, shaved
- Defrost cheesecake.
- Spread jam on top of cake.
- Snap each rolled wafer cookie into 2 or 3 pieces. Press segments into sides of cake.
- Top cake with chocolate shavings and segments of 2 cookies.
