Make Eating Healthy Fun
Most families eat the same foods over and over. It's important to diversify what you eat and that can be as simple as eating what's in season.
Involve your kids in the whole experience of food by growing, shopping and preparing together. Approach your food like a craft activity with the kids. Make it fun to reduce the stress.
You can also play the Crunch a Color game to challenge picky eaters. Give out points for what they eat. Aim for three colours on a plate and double your points for trying something new.
