Boozy Brulée


This frothy drink is the perfect showstopper for your next cocktail soiree. Not only do you get to impress guests by playing with fire, but you'll also introduce them to something new: egg whites in a cocktail!

2 oz. tequila
1/2 oz. crème de cacao
1 oz. pineapple juice
2 dashes angostura bitters
half a dropper of mole bitters (optional)
1 egg white
pinch sugar

  1. Add all ingredients (except sugar) to a shaker cup. Top with ice and then shake like crazy. With proper shaking, the egg white should froth up beautifully.
  2. Strain drink into a martini glass and be sure to shake out all the frothy foam. Sprinkle sugar onto the foam and brulée! Cheers!
