Looking for an extra holiday kick at breakfast? Chef Corbin Tomaszeski shares this refreshing mix of grapefruit, cranberries and wine — a great way to start off the day.

Ingredients

1 bottle white wine
1 bottle sparkling water or wine
2 cups cranberry juice
2 red grapefruits, sliced
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 bunch fresh mint

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large pitcher.
  2. Chill in fridge until serving.
  3. If making ahead, combine everything except sparking wine or water, adding it in last minute.
