1 tbsp avocado
3 slices tomato
1 tsp white chia seeds
1 poached egg
2 slices cooked bacon

  1. Spread avocado on English muffin.
  2. Sprinkle with chia seeds.
  3. Top with tomato slices, bacon and egg along with other half of English muffin and enjoy!
