Easy Cocktail: Basil and Lemon Prosecco
This quick Prosecco drink is the perfect start to a dinner party — it will please even the cocktail connoisseurs.
Ingredients
6 teaspoons sugar
6 pieces lemon peel
6 small sprigs basil
1 bottle Prosecco
Preparation
- Use a vegetable peeler to peel six two-inch pieces of lemon rind.
- Divide sugar, basil and peel of lemon among six champagne flutes.
- Fill with chilled Prosecco and enjoy!
