Our resident mixologist is at it again! Simon surprised our taste buds with this very unique sipping cocktail. If you're looking for an explosion of flavour, look no further.

Vinegar Reduction

2 cups of balsamic
1 T brown sugar

Combine in saucepan and simmer on stove until reduced to half. Store in air-tight container in fridge.

Vinegar-Infused Cocktail

1 1/2 oz Tequila
Fresh blackberries
3/4 oz balsamic vinegar reduction
2 oz fresh lemonade (can use lemon juice sugar and water)
1 oz soda water

Add blackberries and tequila to shaker glass. Muddle. Add ice, vinegar reduction and fresh lemonade. Shake well. Strain into glass and top with soda water.
