Anti-Aging Black Cod Recipe


This delicious recipe uses all the Grecian anti-aging ingredients to make for a perfect anti-aging dish.

This dish combines all of Peggy Kostopoulous' Ancient Greek beauty secrets.


4-5 (ounce) black cod filets

Lemon Olive Vinaigrette
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp oregano
some freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup green olives, pitted and chopped
1 tsp capers
For Marinade
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp oregano
to taste sea salt
to taste pepper
1 (bunch) dandelion greens
drizzle olive oil
2 tbsp lemon
1 garlic clove, minced
Horiatiki Salata
1/2 cucumber, sliced into thick half-moons
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 green pepper, julienned
12 black kalamata olives
1/4 red onion , sliced into rings
4 (oz) feta cheese, cut into small cubes
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
to taste salt
to taste pepper


Black Cod with Lemon-Olive Vinaigrette

Whisk all ingredients in bowl and pour over fish in glass casserole dish. Marinate for about an hour. In mean time, make the vinaigrette: add lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, pepper to a bowl and mix well. Stir in green olives and capers. Remove fish from marinade. Place on greased grill over medium heat or grill pan, and cook about 5 minutes per side. Transfer fish to serving dish and top with lemon olive vinaigrette.

Horta (Steamed Dandelion Greens)

Add boiling water and wilt down the greens. Drizzle lemon, olive oil and garlic and serve.

Horiatiki Salata (Traditional Greek Salad)

Toss tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olives and pepper in a bowl. Top with feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Then season with salt, pepper and oregano. Toss up and enjoy!
