Spanish for journalist, the Periodista is an old Cuban cocktail that was enjoyed by many reporters while covering the Cuban Missile Crisis. Simon Ho shows us how to shake one up for ourselves.

Ingredients
1.5 oz rum
.5 oz Cointreau
.5 oz apricot liqueur
.5 oz lime juice
2 tbsp simple syrup
Instructions

In a tall glass, add rum, Cointreau, apricot liqueur, simple syrup and lime juice in a glass with ice.

Shake well and strain out.
