This cake takes a bit of time but is super easy. The final effect is worth the wait!

Ingredients
4 packages Jell-O, various colours, following package and recipe instructions
2 cups vanilla yogurt
Preparation

Spray a regular bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Using first package of jello, divide in half, reserve half for later.

Mix half of Jell-O package according to package instructions.

Transfer to greased bundt pan and let set in fridge for 1 hour.

Once set, mix reserved half of jello powder according to package instructions, but replacing cold water with vanilla yogurt to make your opaque layer.

Pour into Jell-O mold and let set for one hour.

Repeat steps with remaining three colours.

For easy removal, once all layers are set, place bundt pan in warm water but do not let any water get into the pan.

Place a flat plate on open side of pan.

Flip over and tap pan.

Slowly remove pan and serve.
Yield: 10-12 slices
