She's a multi-platinum singer-songwriter with fans across the world, and she joined us in our studio for an intimate performance. Nelly Furtado talked about the inspiration behind her latest album, before taking the stage to sing Be OK along with Dylan Murray.

This track is from Nelly's fifth album The Spirit Indestructible, which she describes as "a friendly punch in the face."

"I was in very positive place. Just fresh off lots of me time," she told us of her creative process on this album. "Usually when you're in that great calm state of mind, you create from a very pure place. A very un-self-conscious place, which is great."
