You can track your water progress through the day by using elastics. Slip eight elastics around your bottle of water, and take one off each time you finish and refill it. Track your progress as the bands disappear! Grab your bkr bottle here.
Another way to track your progress is to grab a 1L bottle of water and mark the side of it with a marker, labelling it from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Grab your bobble here.
Even if you don't love the taste of water, there are ways you can get your fill.
Use Frozen Fruit! If you don't like the taste of water, add some frozen fruit! The fruit will flavour the water and keep it cold at the same time. Frozen lemon, lime and oranges also add Vitamin C for a quick immune boost.
Add peppermint oil. It's great for digestion, liver health and lady cramps!
Dilute your Juice. The easiest way to flavour water is to dilute your juice! Put a little bit of juice in a glass and top it up with water. You can add seltzer to fancy it up. It still counts towards your daily dose of water!
