Milos Raonic withdraws from China Open with ankle injury
Gregor Dimitrov advances to face Andy Murray in final

Milos Raonic took a straight-sets win to advance to the semifinals of the China Open on Friday but the Canadian star was forced to withdraw from the tourney with an ankle injury.
The Thornhill, Ont., native won his second-round match before defeating Pablo Carreno Busta 6-4, 6-4 in the quarter-final, but suffered an injury in that match.
"Yesterday during my second match in the evening, I rolled over my ankle, obviously caused it some level of a sprain," Raonic told the ATP website.
"I did a test this morning, which showed I had a partial tear on the outside of my ankle. I was told to give it a try. I tried to warm up just before the match like I would normally, and I was unable to play. Therefore, it seemed to be the correct decision to have to withdraw from this match I was looking forward to this evening."
That means Grigor Dimtrov, who upset second-seeded Rafael Nadal 6-2, 6-4, got a walkover win and will face Andy Murray in the final.
Murray, the men's top seed, dismissed David Ferrer 6-2, 6-3 to reach Sunday's final.
