Canadian international Tomasz Radzinski was released by Fulham on Saturday, becoming the latest player to leave the English club following the arrival of coach Lawrie Sanchez.

Radzinski, a Polish-born striker who hadalso been playing in midfield for the Cottagers, rejected an extended contract earlierin theseason,prompting former Northern Ireland coach Sanchez to cut him loose.

Claus Jensen, Mark Crossley and Mark Pembridge also failed to gain new contracts, while loan signings Wayne Routledge (Tottenham) and Vincenzo Montella (AS Roma) have returned to their clubs.

Radzinski spent three seasons with Fulham afterplaying his first three English soccer campaigns with Everton.

Therehas been speculationthat Toronto FC of Major League Soccer was interested in signing the 33-year-old, but the club has deemed his asking price to be too high.
