Canada's women's volleyball duo of Taylor Pischke and Melissa Humana-Paredes lost in three sets to Cuba — 21-18, 17-21, 15-7 — at the Pan Am Games on Sunday.

The Canadian side entered the match undefeated and without dropping a set, but will now have to settle for a bronze-medal match Tuesday against the loser of the Argentina vs. Brazil semifinal later this evening.

Cuba will take on the winner of that match.
