NHL whirlwind sends hockey fans' heads spinning

Wednesday afternoon gave hockey fans 15 minutes of absolutely insane trade-signing action leaving them surprised and in some cases a little confused.

The hockey world could smell change in the air, but no one was anticipating the whirlwind that was Wednesday afternoon.

That's right. Hall for Larsson, Subban for Weber and Stamkos re-signing with Tampa. Pretty crazy.

As always, fans weighed in with their opinions on the big trades and even came up with a hypothesis on why no Canadian teams made the playoffs this season.

 Habs fans didn't take the news of PK leaving lightly.

Montreal may have been disappointed, but Edmonton fans were more confused than anything.

While Oiler fans were disappointed to lose Hall, there's one Devil who sure is happy to see a familiar face.
