Simon Gagne is out again.

The Los Angeles Kings announced Wednesday they have placed the forward on the injured list due to an "upper body injury" that multiple media sources are saying is a concussion.

Gagne was checked into the glass on Monday night late in the first period against the Phoenix Coyotes, returned for six shifts of the second and then left the game.

A 12-year veteran, he’s had a history of concussion-related injury including three in the 2007-2008 season while Gagne was with the Philadelphia Flyers.

In his first year with L.A., Gagne has just seven goals.
