How ballet has helped Olympian Sarah Reid with skeleton

Canadian Olympic skeleton racer Sarah Reid has an extensive background in ballet, and she said that has been a huge help in getting her ready for Sochi.

Sarah Reid has an extensive background in ballet. 

That's hardly the type of experience one would expect from a Canadian Olympic skeleton racer. But surprisingly enough, Reid said there is a crossover between the two. 

Reid will be competing in her first Winter Games when Olympians descend on Sochi next February, and she explained how ballet has helped her get ready for the Games.
