FIRST STAR: Troy Brouwer, RW, Chicago

The 24-year-old forward from Vancouver continues to be Mr. Clutch for the Blackhawks. He scored his fifth game winner of the season to tie for the club lead with Patrick Kane in Chicago's 4-3 overtime victory. The important goal was a relief to the Blackhawks, who surrendered a 3-0 lead they built before the game was nine minutes old.

SECOND STAR, Josh Harding, G, Minnesota

Subbing in for the injured Niklas Backstrom, the 25-year-old Harding of Regina stopped 29 shots to earn his first shutout of the season and fourth of his career to blank the Colorado Avalanche 1-0 in Denver. The Wild have won three in a row.

THIRD STAR: Jason Spezza, C, Ottawa

The good times continue to roll for the Senators. Led by Jason Spezza, they reeled off their eighth win in a row, a 4-1 decision in Pittsburgh against the Penguins. Spezza scored for the third consecutive game since his return from a knee injury.
