FIRST STAR: Jarome Iginla, Calgary

Called out by his coach for "average" play, the Flames captain scored twice, including the overtime winner, and assisted on Daymond Langkow's last-minute goal to send the game into extra time in Calgary's 3-2 win  against Dallas.

SECOND STAR: Milan Hejduk, Colorado

The veteran sniper matched Iginla’s production with two goals and an assist. The offence helped ease backup goalie Peter Budaj into action. He made his first start of the season after a bout with the H1N1 virus.

THIRD STAR: Tomas Vokoun, Florida

The Panthers goalie was on his game in a 32-save, 3-0 shutout  performance against Carolina. It was the Hurricanes 10th loss in a row, but Voukoun had to keep the game goal-less until teammate Steven Reinprecht scored five minutes into the third period.
