Canada improves to 2-0 in Americas T20
Captian Jimmy Hansra led Canada with 30 runs in a nine-wicket win over Argentina on Tuesday at the ICC Americas Division 1 Twenty 20 cricket tournament.
The match was reduced to eight overs each due to rain.
After Argentina scored 54 runs over its eight overs, Hansra and Usman Limbada (25 runs) provided all the offence Canada would need. The Canadians hit the 55-run target with five balls to spare.
Canada took eight wickets against Argentina, including four run-outs.
Canada's leadoff batter Khusroo Wadia was bowled out, providing Argentina with its only wicket.
Canada improved to 2-0 and is tied for first at the tournament with Bermuda and the United States. Canada faces the U.S. on Friday.
