Thunder lose Wilcox for 10-14 days
Oklahoma City Thunder forward Chris Wilcox will be sidelined as much as two weeks because of a dislocated ring finger on his left hand.
Wilcox, 26, suffered the injury midway through the first quarter of Wednesday's 108-102 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies at the Ford Center.
Physicians later re-set the finger at the McBride Clinic Orthopedic Hospital in downtown Oklahoma City.
Wilcox is averaging 8.7 points, 5.3 rebounds and 21.7 minutes in 18 games, improving to 13.7 points per game in his last seven starts.
He missed four games earlier this season with a knee injury.
Wilcox is a 52.8 per cent shooter as a pro, averaging 9.6 points, 5.5 rebounds and 22.4 minutes in 404 games (211 starts) over seven NBA seasons with the Los Angeles Clippers, Seattle SuperSonics and Thunder.
Seattle drafted him eighth overall out of Maryland in 2002.
