Unforgettable food & drink events in Whistler
Cornucopia’s 25th year brings a month-long celebration of unforgettable food & drink experiences

With snow-capped mountains framing fall colours in the valley, Whistler offers a breathtaking setting for a world-class celebration of food and drink from the Sea-to-Sky region and beyond.
Cornucopia is back for its 25th anniversary with a reimagined schedule of tastings, events, seminars and celebrations throughout November. With extended dates and a diverse schedule of events, Whistler's signature fall festival invites the epicurious to let their taste buds (safely) run wild in this spectacular mountain playground.
With programming concentrated Thursdays through Sundays November 4 to 28, an extended weekend offers plenty of time to explore Whistler's renowned food and drink scene. From drink seminars and the Culinary Stage Series to modified (but equally fabulous) versions of the signature events and parties Cornucopia is known for, there's something for every food and drink lover all month long.
Come together over top-notch tastings and memorable meals
Foodies are spoiled for choice at Cornucopia. Taste the best of B.C. at the festive B.C. House Party on November 11, featuring dishes with a regional flare and BC wines. Or upscale with a 6 course winemaker's dinner from Bearfoot Bistro, happening Nov 12 and 13.
Whistler is home to a bustling restaurant scene all year round. Throughout Cornucopia, the community comes together to host a series of events and collaborations – like the Nita Lake Lodge x Time Winery Chef & Winemaker Dinner Series with specially selected wine pairings on November 5. At the Four Seasons Whistler, a thoughtful collaboration between SIDECUT, the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre and Fort Berens Estate Winery highlights Pacific Northwest cuisine, B.C. wines and First Nations culinary techniques on November 19.

Raise a glass to the world's best beverages
Oenophiles have plenty of signature tastings to choose from, including Winery Speed Dating on November 6, along with specialty seminars on everything from B.C. Bubbles to Chianti Classico. In a special Regional Tasting on November 5, winemakers from B.C.'s Tinhorn Creek Vineyards, Gray Monk Estate Winery, Red Rooster Winery, Black Hills Estate Winery and Sandhill Estate will personally introduce guests to their favourite wines.
Those with a more diverse palate can learn about barrel aging while sampling single-malt whiskies, or savour beer, wine and spirits from the Sea-to-Sky region at the Local Legends seminar November 21. Everyone who enjoys a beverage should mark their calendars for the signature Poured celebrations November 26 and 27 featuring DJs and delicious drinks.

Expand your mind and soothe your soul
As always, there's a strong educational component to Cornucopia. On November 6, be captivated by Chef Neal Harkins as demonstrates and presents a mouth-watering menu featuring lobster, braised short rib and beer pairings, or study the intricacies of pairing drinks with meats or chocolate. Alternatively, experience the sharp, polished, and multi-layered comedy of Ivan Dekker at Comedy Kitchen on November 18.
For a cultural outing, visit the new Riopelle Exhibition at the Audain Art Museum, or immerse yourself in local First Nations' history and culture at the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre.

With so much to experience, don't forget to save time to enjoy the truly stunning setting of Whistler, whether it's a simple stroll through the Village, an adventurous day on the mountain, or taking a moment to fully unwind at sensational Scandinave Spa.
