Still thinking about summer? The barbecues? The park meet-ups? The shrieks of joy as the kids soared ever higher on the playground swings? There were quieter moments, too. Time spent practicing yoga or carefully plotting the next move in games of chess, checkers or cards.

Get-togethers and celebrations were a little smaller this summer. But the sunshine and everyday activities with family and friends made it all so much more special. As the weather cools, and the leaves change, you can still find unique adventures, in unexpected ways with just a bit of creativity.

Start off with a delicious glass of juice to kick off your day. You can pack a home made lunch for school, work or your weekend adventure with an Oasis juice box tucked inside. Or, you can reach for an Oasis juice after yoga or a bike ride to keep your thirst quenched and energy up.  As the light grows shorter, the days cooler and the leaves turn from green to russet and gold, Fall signals more hectic routines. There are school supplies, homework and lunch bags to think about. At work, there are targets to meet. At home, there's always housecleaning or yard work. But there's no need to stress.

Try these ideas to get started, for a new way to keep you and your family on the go. The goal is to add more joyful moments to the new season.

    • Make Monday, Craft Day. Paint Oasis juice boxes, fill them with soil and plant seeds and watch them grow.

    • Make Tuesday, Dance Day. Play music and dance, dance, dance.

    • Make Wednesday, Taste Test Day. Line up three small glasses of different flavoured Oasis juice and ask participants to identify the different flavours in each glass.

    • Make Thursday, Befriend A Tree Day. Grab a book or find a phone app and learn how to identify the different trees and their leaves in your neighborhood.

    • Make Friday, Colouring Book Day and have fun colouring inside and outside the lines.

    • Make Saturday, Mixologist Day. Blend different flavours of Oasis juice and create and name your own house drink. Remember, you have to drink it!

    • Make Sunday, Explorers' Day. Get in the car, grab the wagon or ride bikes and explore new streets and parks in the neighborhood

While you're out and about, don't forget to quench your thirst. Oasis juices can help. Made with high quality ingredients like fruits and vegetables, Oasis is a familiar favourite and a proudly Canadian company. For almost 40 years Oasis has brought families a delicious multitude of flavours. Oranges, cherries, mangoes, apples, pomegranates, kiwi fruit and much more!  There's an Oasis flavour to suit every personality or moment. Choose from Oasis juice, Health Break, Smoothie and HydraFruit for whatever the activity calls for - there's a different flavour and type to choose for any fall adventure.

Now, it's your turn to decide which way you'll go. How will you find your Oasis this Fall?
